Ginger & Garlic Tofu Stir Fry

Preparation Time 10 mins             Cooking Time: 10 mins
METHOD:
Heat oil in a deep saucepan over medium heat.  Add onion, garlic, ginger
and curry powder to the pan and gently cook for 2-3 minutes. 
Pour in the stock.  Simmer until stock has almost totally reduced,
then add green beans and cook for 2 minutes. 
Add snow peas and Bean Supreme Marinated Tofu cooking for a further 2 minutes. 
Add cooked rice, stir and serve.

Ingredients

250g White Rice in 90 seconds
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
250g Bean Supreme Marinated Tofu                                                                                                                ½ onion, sliced
2 cloves crushed garlic 
2 teaspoons grated ginger
1 teaspoon curry powder
½ cup snow peas, sliced
½ cup green beans, sliced
1/3 cup vegetable stock
Salt & pepper to taste
