Hoisin Tofu w Toasted Turkish Bread

Serves 2:

Brush Bread with Olive Oil

Toast/Grill/Pan Fry till slightly crispy

Gently heat tofu slices in Hoisin Sauce

Generously spread roasted red pepper over bread

Lay lettuce over red pepper

Lay tofu slices atop of lettuce

Pour sauce over tofu

Place top slice of bread over tofu and gently compress

Ingredients

1       Slice of Bean Supreme Hoisin Tofu

         sliced through the centre to create two slices,

         Retain all the sauce from the packet

2       10cm/12cm squares of Turkish Flat bread

          sliced through to create two slices

1        Punnet of Naked Organics Roasted Red Pepper w Cashew & Honey

1        Small iceberg lettuce finely sliced

1/4     Cup  of Olive Oil
