Our green block Tofu is a silky smooth tofu which is softer and contains a little more liquid than the firm-style. It can be used in the same way as the firm style but it is particularly useful as a substitute for dairy, for creams, and so on in desserts.
Serving Idea
Make a mousse in one of those whirligig magi-mix things.
Throw in a block of our silky tofu, Add a cup of your favourite juice and some soaked dried fruit (apricots are good). Then add a banana, a drizzle of honey and a tablespoon of a clean vegetable oil.
Whirl for a good few minutes and then drain in ramekins. Leave overnight in the fridge.
Serve. Eat. Sit back and smile.
